"Nice hotel - staff was very helpful and polite, rooms were large and clean. Two issues - elevator service was way too slow for a hotel of this caliber. Had some very long waits trying to go either up or down. Also, we paid extra for an ocean view room - turned out we got a room towards the rear of the hotel and had an indirect view at best of the ocean. Very disappointing - was anticipating a full on view and that was definitely not what we received."
